Terms of Service
Last updated July 18, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SixSevenBall (the "Service"), including the coaching software (play designer, drills, practice planning, team management), the tournament and camp directories, public team pages, and the coach certification course, all available at sixsevenball.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Who can use SixSevenBall
You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent/guardian of a player using a player account, to create a coach or parent account. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of roster, schedule, and team data they enter, including any information about players who are minors. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor's use of any player account.
3. Accounts and plans
A free plan is available with limited teams, players, and saved plays. Paid plans (Pro Coach, Elite Coach, Player+) unlock additional limits and features and are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis until canceled. You can cancel, switch plans, or update payment details at any time from the billing portal; canceling stops future charges but doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period unless we say otherwise. One-time purchases (drill packs, 1-on-1 coaching sessions) are billed once at the time of purchase.
4. Tournament and camp directories
The tournament and camp directories list events organized independently by third-party schools, clubs, leagues, and organizations — SixSevenBall does not run, verify eligibility for, or process registration or payment for any listed event. Confirm dates, cost, and registration details directly with the organizer before traveling or paying an entry fee. Anyone can submit a listing for free; we review submissions before publishing but don't guarantee the accuracy of organizer-submitted details.
5. Public team pages
If you choose to publish a public team page, the team name, schedule, roster information, and announcements you include become publicly visible on the internet and may be indexed by search engines. Don't publish anything you don't want publicly visible — in particular, don't include a minor player's personal contact information, address, or other sensitive details on a public page. You can unpublish a team page at any time.
6. Coach certification course
The SixSevenBall Coach Certification is our own self-paced course and completion certificate. It is not issued by, affiliated with, or a substitute for an official governing-body credential (for example NCCP or Respect in Sport) — check with your league or association about what credential they actually require.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content; to impersonate someone else; to submit a fraudulent tournament, camp, or team listing; to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or to resell or white-label the Service beyond what your plan explicitly permits.
8. Your content, our platform
You retain ownership of the team, roster, play, and practice-plan content you create. You grant SixSevenBall the license needed to store, display, and process that content in order to provide the Service to you (and, for anything you publish publicly, to display it publicly). SixSevenBall and its branding, software, and original content (drills, plays, guides, and course material we authored) are owned by SixSevenBall and aren't licensed to you beyond using the Service as intended.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate — including Stripe for payment processing, a hosted database provider for public team pages, and an email provider for notifications and inquiry routing. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SixSevenBall isn't liable for third-party tournaments, camps, or organizers listed in the directories, for decisions made using AI training plans or in-game tools, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Service or other users.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
