Yes — a coach assigns a fee (registration, uniform, tournament, camp, or a custom one) to a player or the whole family, and the parent pays it directly from their portal. The payment is tracked and automatically logged as income in the team budget.
Q3Can I run a fundraiser for my team?
Yes — set a fundraising goal and description, and anyone (coaches, players, parents) can contribute. Progress is tracked live, and every contribution logs itself into the team budget automatically — no manual bookkeeping.
Q4What are payables, and how are they different from the team budget?
Payables are bills the club owes but hasn't paid yet — a uniform supplier invoice, a tournament entry fee, a facility rental. Mark one paid and it's automatically recorded as an expense in your team budget, so the two stay in sync without double entry.
Q5Can I post announcements just for the offseason?
Yes. Every announcement can be tagged Anytime, In-Season, or Offseason, and parents/players can filter the feed by tag — so voluntary summer conditioning updates don't get lost in playoff-week chatter.
